Rabiatou Diallo, a Guinean national, is a journalist, blogger and former United Nations Volunteer in Guinea. She has worked for the UNDP, in the office of the UN Resident Coordinator, and was communications officer for the International Trade Centre on the EU-funded INTEGRA program in Guinea.
A children’s rights activist, Rabiatou is the founder of “Raby et les Enfants”, an organization that aims to promote children’s participation in decision-making that affects them, preparing them to get involved, make their voices heard, and become agents of change in their communities. The organization offers a unique pathway to strengthen their leadership and project management skills.
As a woman leader, Rabiatou is committed to paving the way for new generations, inspiring and coaching young girls to become leaders and agents of change. Her work aims to provide them with the tools they need to make informed decisions and have a positive impact on their environment.
In recent years, Rabiatou has received several awards for her commitment:
- Startupper of the Year and Best Entrepreneur Award by Total Energies Guinea.
- Impact de l’immigration award from the Association des blogueurs de Guinée.
- Nominated for the Colibri Awards by Social Change Factory in collaboration with La Francophonie.
- Yaguine Fodé Prize in the blog category, awarded by the Association of Women Journalists and UNESCO.
Through her organization, Rabiatou and her team have trained over 700 children in Guinea in leadership and associative life, helping to forge a generation of young leaders ready to transform their communities and make their voices heard.
Participatory activities and talent discovery
We run a variety of programs that encourage children’s active participation. From painting to music, theater to sports activities, each initiative is designed to create a space where children can freely express their thoughts, discover their passions and develop their skills.
Our Main Objectives:
- To provide a safe environment where every child can freely express their ideas and feelings without apprehension.
- To identify and develop the specific talents of each child within Raby et les Enfants, in order to guide them towards realizing their full potential.
- Encourage the creation of agents of change by supporting concrete actions initiated and carried out by the children themselves, as part of our ongoing commitment to Raby et les Enfants.

Participatory Activities and Talent Discovery
We offer a variety of programs that encourage children’s active participation.
BRICOP
Aims to develop the creative, technical and social skills of children aged 9 to 14 through artistic, craft, coding and public speaking activities.
Fly towards your potential
Personal development program designed to inspire and guide children towards expressing their full potential. Through interactive and playful activities, this program aims to cultivate self-confidence, emotional well-being, creativity, effective communication and interpersonal skills.

RABY CENTER AND THE CHILDREN
The Raby et les Enfants Leadership Center is a space dedicated to the growth and development of future leaders aged 5 to 17. Built on the deep conviction that every child holds unique potential, the Raby et les Enfants center is committed to cultivating children’s leadership skills, creativity and self-confidence, enabling them to explore their passions and strengthen their social skills.
ATOU MAGIC
Atou Magic is an initiative aimed at introducing Guinean children and teenagers to the digital world, while raising awareness of the need to respect children’s rights. Integrated into the heart of the Raby et les Enfants Center, Atou Magic combines a fablab and an animation studio, creating an exceptional creative space. The program offers young people the chance to explore and develop their talents through the creation of fun and educational digital resources.
LIWRA EDITIONS
Editions Liwra offers a diverse set of educational programs, including BRICOP (Bricolage, Code et prise de parole en public) specializing in the design of educational resources (children’s books, educational games, plays, empowerment camps, open days. This holistic approach aims to enrich children’s education by offering a variety of fun and engaging educational experiences.
YIGUI
Yigui is an incubation program offering a second chance for teenagers, both in and out of school, to discover and acquire skills in promising professions. This support initiative focuses on training in collaboration with professional centers, offering refresher courses in French, leadership and personal development.
DIMÊ-PRENEURS
Is a program specializing in entrepreneurial awakening and total immersion. DIMÊ-PRENEURS will enable a new generation to become the entrepreneurs of their own lives, by offering them the opportunity to develop at an early age the skills they need to flourish.

What became of them?
Fatoumata Poty est actuellement au Canada, où elle poursuit ses études. Forte et engagée, elle a toujours été au service des enfants au sein de Raby et les Enfants.
Etudiante en gestion internationale et ressources humaines à l’Université d’Ottawa, est également membre active de RABY ET LES ENFANTS. Diouhay est une personne d’une grande force et détermination pour les enfants.
Réside actuellement à Gatineau, au Canada, où elle poursuit ses études en sciences de la santé à la Cité Collégiale. Très engagée pour la cause des enfants, elle joue un rôle actif au sein de Raby et les Enfants, travaillant à améliorer le bien-être des enfants défavorisés.
Ancienne chargée de communication du Club Raby et les Enfants, est une jeune femme actuellement engagée dans des études au Canada. Son rôle antérieur au sein du Club Raby et les Enfants témoigne de son intérêt pour les causes sociales et de ses compétences en communication.
Ancienne présidente de RABY ET LES ENFANTS, est actuellement étudiante en deuxième année de licence en droit économique et gestion sur le campus Pasteur à Rouen, en France. Parallèlement à ses études, elle occupe le poste d’adjointe territoriale d’animation à l’école maternelle Marguerite et Elisabeth Brière pour la mairie de Rouen.
Ancienne présidente de Raby et les Enfants, est actuellement PDG de HMD Shop et membre de Longrish Guinée. Elle incarne le courage, la force et la persévérance, et s’engage activement pour le bien-être des enfants au sein de Raby et les Enfants.
